gtt99 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the gtt99 website accessible at gtt99.io, including all subpages, account dashboards, gaming interfaces, betting markets, and associated mobile-browser interfaces.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses any service provided by gtt99, including casino games, sports betting, promotions, and payment services.
• "gtt99" or "We" or "Us" means the operating entity responsible for the gtt99 platform and all services provided thereon.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the gtt99 platform, through which all gaming, betting, deposit, and withdrawal activity is conducted.
• "Balance" means the total BDT funds held within a Player's gtt99 Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds, which are tracked separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or wagering-requirement-linked funds awarded to a Player's Account under a gtt99 promotion. Bonus Funds are subject to separate wagering terms and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable conditions are satisfied.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the functional currency of the gtt99 platform for all Players based in Bangladesh.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the gtt99 platform is restricted by law or by gtt99 platform policy.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied to Player Accounts by gtt99 to confirm eligibility, prevent fraud, and comply with platform policy.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and gtt99. By completing the account registration process, by clicking any acceptance checkbox during registration, by making a deposit, or by placing any bet or wager on the gtt99 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Your acceptance also extends to the gtt99 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and all individual promotion terms as published on the platform from time to time. These supplementary documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and form part of the overall agreement between you and gtt99.

If you are accessing the gtt99 platform on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms and Conditions, and that such person or entity satisfies all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 below.

gtt99 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, gtt99 will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number held on the Account. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the gtt99 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gtt99 applies a strict minimum age policy and enforces age verification at multiple stages of the account lifecycle, including at registration, during bonus claim, and during withdrawal processing.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your own individual capacity.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of gtt99 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bet.
• You must not have a pre-existing Account on the gtt99 platform. Each individual Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether in the same name, under different names, or linked by the same device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either imposed by gtt99 or self-applied through the responsible gaming tools on the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

gtt99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by gtt99 may result in Account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held within the Account.

Account Registration

To access the full range of gtt99 services — including casino games, sports betting markets, deposit and withdrawal functions, and promotional offers — you must create a registered Account on the platform. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible individuals meeting the criteria set out in Section 3.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not provide false, misleading, or fictitious information at any stage of the registration process. gtt99 may cross-reference the information provided against third-party identity verification services as part of its KYC procedures.

You may register and maintain only one Account on the gtt99 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts — whether to circumvent limits, exploit bonus offers, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances held across any associated Accounts.

Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation to your registered email address or mobile number. Your Account becomes active upon confirmation, subject to any additional verification requirements that gtt99 may apply at its discretion.

gtt99 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any Account at any time where the platform determines that the eligibility criteria in Section 3 are not satisfied, or where the registration information provided is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your gtt99 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your Account.

gtt99 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account. 2FA is available via SMS to the mobile number registered on the Account and provides a significant additional layer of security against unauthorised access.

You must notify gtt99 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised. gtt99 accepts no liability for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account using correct login credentials will be treated as authorised by you, unless you have previously notified gtt99 of a potential security breach.

gtt99 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your device and the platform. However, no electronic system can be guaranteed to be entirely free from risk, and you use the platform on the understanding that you accept the inherent security risks associated with online transactions.

Deposits & Withdrawals

gtt99 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All Account transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Account verification tier, and are displayed within the Account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed in real time under normal conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business day to credit to your Account. gtt99 targets withdrawal processing within 5 to 20 minutes for mobile money accounts under standard conditions, and same-day processing for bank transfers subject to banking hours.

gtt99 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. You may be required to provide supporting documentation — including government-issued photo identification and evidence of the payment method used for deposits — before withdrawal approval is granted. Processing times for withdrawals subject to verification checks may be extended accordingly.

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted. gtt99 will return funds to the payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. gtt99 reserves the right to apply transaction fees where the relevant payment provider charges fees for processing, and any such fees will be disclosed prior to transaction confirmation.

Funds held in your gtt99 Account are not interest-bearing. gtt99 does not charge Account maintenance or inactivity fees, but reserves the right to introduce such charges with reasonable advance notice to registered Players.

Bonuses & Promotions

gtt99 offers a range of promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and loyalty programme benefits to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all gtt99 promotional offers:

• Each bonus offer is available to one Account per individual Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times using different or duplicate Accounts will result in cancellation of all associated bonus credits and Account suspension.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance within the Account and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, or to the combined deposit and bonus amount where specified.
• Real-money Balance is wagered before Bonus Balance in all cases. Where a Player's real-money Balance reaches zero before the wagering requirement on a bonus is completed, only the Bonus Balance remains available for wagering towards satisfaction of the requirement.
• Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports bets, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% or 0%). Full contribution rates by game category are published in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit. Any uncompleted wagering requirement and any associated Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon expiry.
• gtt99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already claimed the relevant bonus, the existing bonus terms at the time of claiming will continue to apply to that Player's Bonus Balance.

gtt99's VIP Velvet Reserve programme operates on four tiers: Silver Reserve, Gold Reserve, Platinum Reserve, and Velvet Reserve. VIP benefits — including enhanced cashback rates, priority withdrawal processing, and dedicated account management — are awarded at gtt99's sole discretion based on Player activity levels and are not guaranteed. gtt99 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the VIP programme at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the gtt99 platform are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by the platform's cash-out feature (where available for the relevant market) or in the circumstances described below.

gtt99 offers sports betting markets covering cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports as listed on the platform. All sports betting markets are subject to the individual market rules published within the sports betting interface. Where a result is disputed or subject to official review, gtt99 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance.

Casino games, including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, and all other titles in the gtt99 games library, operate using independently certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino games, live dealer procedures conducted under professional studio conditions. gtt99 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) information for all slot titles is available within the individual game interface.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or platform error during a game or bet, gtt99 will take all reasonable steps to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the staked amount for that round will be returned to the Player's Balance. gtt99 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures on the Player's side.

gtt99 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome has been influenced by fraud, collusion, match-fixing, software exploitation, or any form of unfair advantage. In such cases, gtt99 may withhold payment of any associated winnings and refer the matter to the relevant authorities.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gtt99 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, cancellation of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or payment process.
• Creating or operating more than one Account, or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated system to interact with gtt99 games, betting markets, or platform features in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the gtt99 platform or any associated game software. Players who discover a bug or error are required to report it to gtt99 support immediately and must not exploit it for financial gain.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any systematic strategy designed to generate a guaranteed profit from promotional offers, regardless of game outcome.
• Engaging in money laundering, or using the gtt99 platform as a vehicle to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing gtt99 staff, support agents, or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the gtt99 platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technical method of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Any conduct that is unlawful under applicable Bangladesh law, or that exposes gtt99 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Responsible Gaming

gtt99 is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable gaming environment. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools that Players can access directly from their Account dashboard without needing to contact support. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods of 24 hours to 30 days, and permanent self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion is a formal process by which a Player requests that their Account be blocked from accessing the gtt99 platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended, and any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method. Bonus Funds held at the time of self-exclusion will be forfeited.

gtt99 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and applies automated and manual checks to detect underage access. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their Accounts closed immediately, and all funds — including both deposits and winnings — will be handled in accordance with applicable platform policy and, where required, returned to the source payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content on the gtt99 platform — including but not limited to the gtt99 brand name, logo, website design, typography, graphics, game interfaces, marketing materials, promotional content, written copy, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of gtt99 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the gtt99 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the gtt99 platform or its content without the prior written consent of gtt99.

Game content on the gtt99 platform is licensed from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. All intellectual property rights in individual game titles remain with the respective game providers. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you any rights in relation to third-party game content beyond the right to play those games through the gtt99 platform interface.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gtt99 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive — arising from your use of or inability to use the gtt99 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical faults, platform outages, or connectivity failures on the Player's side.
• Loss of gambling winnings due to Account suspension or closure resulting from a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Errors in odds quotations or game outcomes that are promptly corrected by gtt99 upon discovery.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security in accordance with Section 5.
• Any reliance placed on information, statistics, or analysis displayed on the gtt99 platform in connection with sports betting decisions.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits gtt99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of law. gtt99's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

gtt99 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Players in connection with Account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and platform use. By registering for a gtt99 Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data in accordance with its terms. Where gtt99 is required to share personal data with third parties — such as payment processors, KYC service providers, or fraud prevention agencies — it will do so only to the extent necessary and in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

Amendments to Terms

gtt99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights, obligations, or the conditions under which bonuses or withdrawals are processed — gtt99 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number held on the Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at login.

The version of the Terms and Conditions that applies to any given bet, transaction, or account action is the version in force at the time that bet, transaction, or action was initiated. Your continued use of the gtt99 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
